View this email in your browser We want to partner with you in creating a gospel-centered foundation.  So we send out this E-newsletter on a weekly basis to keep you in the "Know" with what is happening in the Children's Ministry of  Immanuel. Provide for your family and have vision for where you are going this year.  Be intentional and plan out your faith steps and goals. "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he." Proverbs 29:18 As you look forward to 2015, it's an ideal time to make sure your family is looking toward God. A new calendar year can mean a fresh start in many areas—including your family life and your faith life.   With busy schedules, it's easy to fall into "survival mode" and lose focus on what really matters: the eternal future of our children and ourselves.   So no matter what other goals you set for the year ahead, keep in mind the "end goal" of heaven. Then be intentional with all of your choices. Arrange plans around the big-picture goal. If activities or possessions start interfering with what's really most important, re-evaluate and rework your family's schedule.   Check out this months Parent Newsletter for more on this topic December  21—Younger Children (3yrs-4yrs) Contact Donna Schaap—616-836-5164 We encourage your children to be available for both services (for a full stage each service).  They will sing at the beginning of each service, 9:20 and 10:50.  Children will be brought from their class to sing and will return to their class for the remainder of the hour.  Sunday night programs will be taking a break from December 14 thru December 28.  Programs will start back on January 4.  Please mark your calendar and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.
