View this email in your browser We can't catch a break.  Due to the weather of late we have had to set this event to the side for now to move on with other planned events. We will let you know if anything changes. Where Church When January 24 from 6:00-7:30 Why Come and enjoy the animals of Critter Barn and learn how caring for animals can teach us how to put others first and rely on Gods strength. How much Free Who 5yrs thru 5th grade, friends and family  We will let you know if anything changes. Does this look like your family?  Is this what is done with free time?  When you say "let's have family time" is there complaining? Take some time this year to disconnect and shut off the screen.  Children can have a hard time sitting still and concentrating, interacting with people, and enjoying their surroundings.  Shutting off the screen does help.  The AAP recommends no screens for children under the age of two. For all others, two hours or less. So, start a new habit with your free time.  Grab a puzzle, book or game, go out and play, talk or go for a walk and reconnect. Design form We want to partner with you in raising children who KNOW, GROW in and SHOW Christ. Each week children go home with sheets to equip parents to review and teach lessons at home.  Take a moment to look these sheets over and help your children understand that what they learn on Sunday is important.
